Scented Soy Wax Melts

• Our scented soy wax melts are in a breakaway clamshell - total wax weight = 2.5ozs.
• Each wax melt is approximately 1 inch x 1 inch and weighs about 0.4-0.5 ozs each.
• There are 6 scented wax melts in each package.

Instructions for use:
place 1, 2, or 3 scented wax melts (depending on the size of the room you want to scent) in an authorized wax/potpourri burner.  You may use an electric wax/potpourri pot like the one we use or you may use a candle lit (tea light) potpourri pot. 

When the wax melts are melted in the burner, the fragrance is released into the air.  Think about the scent combinations you can create when you mix the different wax melt fragrances.

The scented wax does not burn away because there is no wick.  No wick means no wicks to trim and no open flame.  When the aroma is all gone, discard the old wax by melting slightly so the wax loosens from the sides of the warming pot and throw the wax away in the trash (providing it is not too hot).  Then, re-fill the warmer with new scented wax melts.

Soy wax melts are the modern version of the original herbal potpourri.  DO NOT ADD WATER!  Wax melts also go by other names such as scented wax chips or wax potpourri melts.

Safety and Warning guidelines for wax melts:
Failure to follow directions could result in a fire hazard or personal injury.  Never leave a lit or turned on wax melter unattended.  Keep away from children, pets, and all flammable material.  Do not add water.  Never heat wax on a stove or heat source where temperature exceeds 190F.  Do not heat if pot contains less than 1/2" of wax.  For candle lit pots, use an unscented tea light in a well vented warmer.  Keep the wick trimmed and don't allow the flame to touch the underside of the melt pot.  For electric pots, use only UL Listed electric pots designed for melting wax/potpourri.  Never use on any other non-approved heat source.
